Jennifer comes to Zupkus & Angell following a clerkship
at the Colorado Court of Appeals. During her year clerkship
with Judge Arthur P. Roy, she encountered a wide range of
civil and criminal topics such as the Premises Liability
Act, the Uniform Commercial Code, and insurance disputes.
Her practice areas include personal injury defense,
insurance bad faith defense, construction defect litigation,
and insurance coverage analysis.
Jennifer graduated from the University of Colorado School of
Law in 2006. Her legal experience in law school included
interning at the Consumer Protection Section of the Colorado
Attorney General’s Office, working for a sole practitioner,
and being a research assistant for Professor Eid, a current
member of the Colorado Supreme Court. She was also an
Associate Editor of the University of Colorado Law Review.
Prior to attending law school, Jennifer graduated cum laude
from Wellesley College with a degree in neuroscience. She
enjoyed a career as an Alzheimer’s researcher and
co-authored multiple journal articles. Jennifer is currently
a member of the American Bar Association, the Colorado Bar
Association, and the Denver Bar Association.
