Christina has 11 years of practice in insurance bad
faith, insurance defense and coverage litigation. Her
current practice focuses on insurance bad faith, insurance
coverage analysis and construction litigation. She also has
expertise in professional liability and medical malpractice
litigation. Christina enjoys advising insurance companies
and insurance claim personnel during their day-to-day
operations. Christina is actively involved in local and
national bar associations and the Community. She serves as
an arbitrator for both the Denver and Colorado Bar
Associations’ Legal Fee Committees. Christina also serves as
a subcommittee co-chair for the American Bar Association’s
Trial Evidence Committee. She is Co-Chair of the American
Bar Association's Trial Evidence Committee and a member of the Sam
Cary Bar Association and the National Bar Association.
Christina has taught practical claims handling and
professional development seminars. She is a former candidate
for the Colorado State Legislature. Prior to practicing law,
Christina developed policies and procedures for a City and
County of Denver agency. She clerked for the Denver District
Attorney’s Office and a civil litigation firm. Christina
obtained her law degree and undergraduate degree from the
University of Denver. She is admitted to practice in
Colorado, the United States District Court for Colorado and
the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
